This free download option is only available with a voice tagged (audio watermarked) version of an instrumental that is provided to an artist or brand for demonstration purposes and usage. This means that if the client is planning to perform on any of Audiophrenic’s beats/instrumentals and make it available online to the public (even if it’s only for non-profitable use or stream via YouTube, Tiktok, Soundcloud, or any other online platform), a license must be purchased.

A client may lease beats/instrumentals for a variety of reasons. The most common reason is that there’s limited budget to buy it exclusively, but still want to record a performance over it. Leasing beats/instrumentals allows to hire and use any type of beat, with the option to customize without needing to buy the rights, which in most cases requires a higher budget.

The Audiophrenic’s voice tag is to prevent unsolicited and malicious use on the web. If any client buy a lease on an beats/instrumental, rest assured, it will be untagged.

The license that is most appropriate for the client’s needs depends on their budget and purpose. The three price packages are €49,99, €99,99, and starting from €499,99.
The studio license includes the feature to stream your recorded song/video worldwide as one project. This is an economical way to get started at a low investment.
The second package includes the Pro Unlimited license for unlimited stores and projects. For more quality and creative control multi-track and .wav files are part of the license. This license offers much more flexibility.

We offer a suite of royalty free music tracks for purchase that are perfect for video production, songs or as background music in commercials.

In order to remove the beat/instrumental from the store, the client needs to purchase exclusive rights. Once they’ve done this, we’ll take it down as soon as possible. Leased beats/instrumentals stay on the page since they’re non-exclusive and can be purchased by other clients.

Non-exclusive means that while the client have the right to do what they wish after with our beats/instrumentals after purchase, the composer retain the right to re-use and re-sell them anywhere. This is a great opportunity for artists who want more exposure or producers who need access to specific samples.

Exclusive rights are only sold once. If a client purchases exclusive rights, they can use it for any project that comes to mind. Selling exclusive rights does not affect previous leases. As long as the client stay within the leasing terms, it is allowed to use it.

These services strongly requires the copyright holders of the beat/instrumental to give permission for their work to be registered with a Content ID system or service. All beats/instrumentals from Audiophrenic that are released in the store are not available for content identification system or services. Granting permission will create a wild wild west environment between our clients, whereas we have the best interest for all our clients.

All clients who are on our VIP mailing list will receive beats/instrumentals before being added to the store. Which means if a exclusive license gets purchased before the store release, Audiophrenic – as the copyright holder – on request can give approval for a identification system or service.
